Group Classes

Since 2021, I’ve led 4-5 classes weekly, in disciplines ranging from power and vinyasa flow, to Rocket, sunrise, and Yin yoga. Having taught classes ranging from 2 to 50 students, I’m skilled in providing space for all levels of students to engage with foundational and appropriate postures for individual practices, in small and large groups in studios and gyms, in private 1-1 sessions, and in workplace settings.

Workshops

I’ve led numerous specialized workshops, ranging from 1 to 3 hours on length for a variety of groups of practitioners, including yoga foundations for beginning and advanced students; fundamentals for families of asana including backbends, arm balances, inversions, lunges, folds, etc.; and guided instruction for individual playful practice in traditional movements like sun salutations and other more spirited movement practices.

Teacher Training

Annually since 2019, I’ve managed and helped to lead 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. I’ve developed curriculum; managed logistics, scheduling, and programming; led modules such as asana clinic, sequencing, hands-on assists, and more; and coached dozens of students from pre-program to graduation. Teacher training programs are my favorite settings to dig deep and share the gifts of every aspect of the practice of yoga.
